1.  Who will be the person that will bring change?

You are the person, if you are enthusiastic to do some thing to have and give a healthy living. All the people that feel to eliminate social evils, to furnish sustainable developmental measures, to initiate drastic changes, to sought possible helps, to undertake the responsibility of thought buildings.

Beside that our main task force will be the fresh blood (youth) particularly students will be the key players that will initiate on the ground, and rest of the change agents will be the scholars, teachers, doctors, professionals, sincere politicians, but the main pillar will be of the people of class 6 and class 7 (Laborers, Soldiers, constables, idles & job less Plus laborer of 2 days in a week and the dependents). This change will not require a number of your sacrifices but just your unity and vote.

2.  Where from this change can be started?

Life itself is a change process, we feel lot of bodily internal changes and external changes in the environment from the day we get conscious and to the day we die. Change is easy to practice but difficult to say, if you have the dare to say then you can, if you have no dare to say then you can’t, people always resists, confronts through expressions and its too will need your power of expression.

So if you are as what I said then you can bring a great change in your self, your family, your peers, your neighbors, your school mats, your kin and kiths, your business fellows, your teachers, collogue  your community finally your state/ country.

3.  How one can start the change process?

Difficult is then when you spend a lot of time, money energies for the thing that is useless merely not for you but too for the others.

Simply just read out the all what and whys of the book and share it to your other concerned people, first think that whom are really your friends that would prefer your words then simply enlist their names and meet them one by one telling them the whole story.

Later on formulate an association incase you have gone through success of the thoughts buildings of your friends and fellows.

4.  What will be the procedure of mobilization?

If you want to mobilize and stimulate others then you have to deliver speeches on different public venue following are the given Procedure:

a.  Sensitization

First of all sensitize all common issues of human mainly class distinctions.

2. Realization

Whenever the entire thing that you demonstrated & manifested before the public are being attentively concentrated by them then it’s the time to be felt, to be realized things in individuality that who attentively listened to me and who not, who will do me a favor and who not.

c.   Motivation

After being analyzed the entire reality you will have to motivate your followers towards the alternative solutions of the existing problems and evils. Whenever the maturity of this stage will bread in your fellows, you must start preparing to offer them the NWO idea. When ever you felt that your followers acceded to NWO then you have to inter into the next step.

d.   Conceptualization

It is the most important and the easiest stage of mobilization, here one have to infuse all the what, why, how, when, where, who and by whom in the mind of those that want to be changed either by self or both the self and to do others.

e.   Organization

Organization is the final stage of mobilization processes where one have to organize the people of a same ideology and starts potential works and practices for the propagation & promotion of idea.

5.  Who will be the target Group that has to be stimulated?

All the people from class 4 to class 7 and particularly the youth of all classes will be the main targeted areas where they have to be mobilized toward the change, class 1, 2, and 3 is therefore exempted because they didn’t wanted, isn’t wanting and will not want to bring change and develop harmony.

6.  What will be the places where it can be launched?

This campaign ought to be launched first in educational institutions, secondly in family institutions, professional firms, Non Govtal Organizations, Semi Govtal Organizations, Govtal Organizations, lawyer firms, Teacher Associations, Unemployed Associations, specially from labor unions, Army wings, Frontier corps wings, police wings, other social agencies, Scientific firms, researcher firms, media wings, writers wings, Scholar wings, doctorial wings, Poets wings, Clerical staff wings, religious & non-religious wings, Political parties, Freedom fighters and general ethnic groups.

7.  Who will be the financial assistant of this group?

Initiator of the group and philanthropists will be the financial assistants of that group. When one will acceded to the change and determined to motivate other to do him a favor, so he will have to start contribution campaign too with mobilization process in order to seek and get integrate financial helps from all possible spheres.

8.   After mobilization process how similar groups will integrate with each other to form a country/ state level single group?

This step needs to use print media and electronic media plus writing books, dispatching letters, frequent visits to different and concerned areas and forming correspondence to each other, after realization of smooth correspondence to each other it’s a time to hold a Movement Integration Conference (MIC), when MIC will held then a bound of ionic style will develop, where all the think tanks of all groups will form an integrated body that will be responsible for the propagation, infusion, generalization and implementation of the idea in that place.

9.   After mobilization process how similar groups will integrate with each other to form an International level single group?

This is the same step and will require the same method as MIC at Country/ State level but the difference will be just its universalize MIC.

10.                     Who will be the Leaders of this group?

Man always believes at capability and hard work and comparison of things is always judged by concentrations, that concentration ends into judgments and this judgment is called vote so all of positions of the movement will be filled by voting, and voting will show the leader.

11.                        What should be the procedure of unitization and the manner of hierarchy?
