DISTICT LEVEL COUNCIL SYSTEM

(DLCS)

DLCS is consisting of a 3 three major, 3 three minor systems and different commissions.

Major Systems

1. DISTRICT COUNCIL (DC)
2. DISTRICT SUPREM COUNCIL (DSC)
3. DISTRICT COUNCIL EXECTIVE COMMITTEE (DCEC)

Minor Systems

1.        TEHSIL COUNCIL (TC)

2.        CELL

3.        TASK FORCE

And

1. COMMISSIONS

DISTRICT COUNCIL (DC)

(DC) Every member of Tehrik Shaor Insanyt in the District will be the member of (DC).

Responsibilities of (DC)

1. To criticize weaknesses and to suggest to strength
2. To preach Movements objectives

DISTRICT SUPREM COUNCIL (DSC)

(DSC) is a 20 twenty member’s body including a speaker.

Responsibilities of (DSC)

1. To monitor the strength and weaknesses of DCEC and to replace any DCEC member incase of mistakes and weaknesses.
2. To look into any district level submitted resolution and to decide approval.
3. To discuss district level policy matters.

DISTRICT COUNCIL EXECTIVE COMMITTEE (DCEC)

DCEC is an 8 eight members executive body namely;

1. District President
2. District Vice President
3. General Secretary
4. Additional General Secretary
5. Office Secretary
6. Press Secretary
7. Finance Secretary
8. Information Secretary

Responsibilities of (DCEC)

1. Formation of TC, Cells and Commissions.
2. Direct implementation of the plans of Terhrik Shaor Insanyat to achive its objectives.
3. Supervision of TC, Cells and Commissions.
4. DCEC will be responsible to DSC and DCEC and DSC is responsible to Provincial Council PC.

TEHSIL COUNCIL (TC)

TC is only an 8 eight members executive body namely;

1. District President
2. District Vice President
3. General Secretary
4. Additional General Secretary
5. Office Secretary
6. Press Secretary
7. Finance Secretary
8. Information Secretary

Responsibilities of (TC)

1. formation of Cells
2. Direct implementation of the plans of Terhrik Shaor Insanyat to achive its objectives.
3. Supervision of Cells.
4. TC will be responsible to DCEC

CELL

It is a 3 three member body for every 500 five hundred population in the district namely

1. Cell Secretary
2. Cell Member
3. Cell Member

Responsibilities of (TC)

1. Formation of TF.
2. Direct implementation of the plans of Terhrik Shaor Insanyat to achive its objectives.
3. Supervision of TF.
4. CELL in Teshiles will be responsible to TC but in District Headquarter Tehsile will be responsible to DCEC.

TASK FORCE

TF is a 5 five volunteers groups body, and each group will be consist of 5 five volunteers.

Responsibilities of (TF)

1. To assist their community during common issues.
2. Direct implementation of the plans of Terhrik Shaor Insanyat to achive its objectives.
3. TF will be responsible to CELL.
